I figured out why springtime is pastel in colours. Because the white clouds filter over the blue sky.

I’m sure there’s a better scientific explanation behind it, but that’s the story I like to tell myself.
I spent the first half of my life living around the rainforests in tropical climate. The flora tends to be deep green and jewelled-coloured all year round.
In the UK where I live now, the seasons would change colour every three months, like a travelling show.

At the moment, the sky and the early spring flowers are in delicate pastel shades. The chilly wind hasn’t left us yet but I’m looking forward to the mornings already.
