Turning

We can’t stay the same forever. Everyone has to change in order to grow.

It’s pretty hard wishing for someone or something to change for us. Especially when it’s a huge, abstract idea – like changing the world. We could spiral into helplessness.

It’s much quicker to change ourselves. Do what we can from our end using whatever we have.

The most uncomfortable part, I find, is when we are turning. When we are neither this nor that. When we’re not in the past, but not quite in the future either. Usually this part is called the present.

Trust me, you are not stalling in life. You’re still a work in progress.
